Meet Alison Pascucci - Owner
As the owner of Magnolia Legal, I am committed to providing businesses with tailored, high-quality legal services rooted in real-world experience. With over fifteen years of expertise spanning global corporations, law firms, and startups, I bring a practical, business-savvy approach to every client relationship.
My career began at Boeing, where I spent nine years working on sales agreements. As a regional director, I managed complex aircraft transactions, each worth billions, and honed my negotiation and strategic skills. While at Boeing, I attained both a Juris Doctor and an MBA in Seattle University’s evening program to further my knowledge and expertise in bridging business and law.
After earning my degrees, I joined Dorsey & Whitney as a corporate associate, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. I then became the first in-house attorney at Knock, a fast-growing startup, where I built the legal function from the ground up, creating scalable processes to support the company’s rapid growth. I also served on Knock’s deal team during its successful acquisition by RealPage and led the subsequent legal integration.
Today, through Magnolia Legal, I combine this unique experience to deliver personalized, results-driven legal services. Providing general counsel services, supporting contracts and transactional matters, and giving business law expertise enables my clients to achieve their goals. My aim is to be a trusted partner, helping businesses navigate legal complexities and seize opportunities.
